This wine was processed in a tank, where it fermented for 10 days, with punch downs
3 times per day so as to extract color and flavor. After drain and press, the wine was barreled down in 100% French Oak, of which 40% was new. The wine was then aged in barrels for 12 months, and was bottled, unfiltered, as a 100% Pinot Noir.
A mix of red fruit notes integrated with nutty, vanilla and toasty notes. On the palate, this wine combines subtle flavors with finesse and dimension, with fruit-forward black cherry, wild berry, anise, and earth with spice flavors. Gains velocity and focus, with a long lingering finish.
